The night sky, within reach

The villas gave Kosmos its icons. The Suites open this sky to more of the community that built this place — low terracotta buildings where every room has its own private slice of Bortle 2 darkness, with a shared lobby, lounge, and breakfast table at their heart.

The first two suites arrive as a duplex — a model that fits perfectly into our current infrastructure — ready in early 2027. An eight-suite building with full common areas follows, targeted for completion by the end of 2027. And the county has approved Kosmos for up to eighteen of these suites, leaving room for eight more in Phase 2.

The Suite

Every suite is arranged around the sky. By day, floor-to-ceiling wood-framed glass frames the Sangre de Cristo range. By night, your private terrace becomes an observatory — no light, no neighbors in view, just the Milky Way overhead.

Built from the land

Hempcrete and lime-render walls in a terracotta tone that disappears into the valley floor. Perforated masonry-brick courtyard walls with circular openings — privacy for the bath, a porthole to the landscape. A sloped roof shaped for rainwater, resting on a concrete base finished in the same earth tone.

Designed with NZ Studio — Najwa Zalaquett Architects.

Shared spaces, villa-grade darkness

A lobby and lounge, breakfast served at the long table, terraces off the common room, and luggage storage for early arrivals — the first Kosmos stay with hotel-style ease, under the same certified dark sky as the villas.
