Today, Kosmos operates in Phase 0 of our journey with three private Stargazing Villas welcoming guests under a Bortle Class 2 sky - and a fourth villa set to open by Q4 2026. We are not a short term rental though. Guests can currently enjoy astronomer guided sky tours, food service, in-villa massages, and a dedicated staff member available via call or text at all times. Phase 1 is already underway, set to triple our unit count and debut the Galaxy Villa, Stargazing Park, and limited Spa. Phase 2's planned amenities - such as a 1-meter observatory, world-class planteraium, full service Spa with specialty in neuro-wellness, and restaurant - allow us to deliver a world-class immersive experience Kosmos Experience solidifying our status as an international destination.
