Good to know
Before you book
Phase 1
Kosmos is in Phase 1: your villa is private and complete, with everything you need to properly stargaze. Guided astronomy tours are available now and shared amenities will come in Phase 2.
Payment
Villa payments are non-refundable; if you cancel, the full amount becomes a credit for a future stay. Tours are refunded in full if clouds cancel.
Darkest nights
The next new moons are November 9 and December 8. Nights around them show the most stars.
