Graphic Design Intern

About the Role:

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design? We're seeking a talented Graphic Design Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and sales teams, creating compelling visual content to showcase our properties andelevate our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate
  • With the marketing team to design digital materials for property
  • Listings, including brochures, flyers, signage, digital ads, and social
  • Media graphics.
  • Assist in the creation of visually engaging presentations and pitch decks for client meetings and sales events.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our company website, ensuring visual consistency and user-friendly design.
  • Create visual content for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Contribute to the design and layout of marketing collateral for special events, such as open houses and property showcases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and real estate marketing.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Self-motivated
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (can include personal projects, school assignments, etc.).
