San Luis Valley, Colorado--(Newsfile Corp. - October 24, 2023) - After an arduous journey of four years, Kosmos Stargazing Resort & Spa, in partnership with Evolution, a leading architectural visualization company, proudly presents the highly anticipated rendering - the "Kosmos Stargazing Villa". The image presents just one of 20 villas that will be built on the 40-acre property. This unveiling marks the pinnacle of a journey filled with challenges, iterations, and triumphs. From the very start, the team at Kosmos embarked on a mission to create a cosmic sanctuary that seamlessly blends luxury, sustainability, and a profound connection to the universe. Through almost six versions of design, countless hours were spent on every detail to arrive at the perfect villa for Kosmos.

This journey involved work with vendors to identify the best partners, ensuring that every aspect of the villa meets the highest standards of quality. It also included a significant milestone - the approval of the zoning permit in February 2023 by the Alamosa County Commissioners, which marked a critical step towards the development of the stargazing resort. Currently, the team is working tirelessly to secure the necessary building permits. The villa is slated to commence construction in Q4 of 2023, with groundwork already underway, focusing on the development of essential utilities.

The Kosmos Stargazing Villa is a unique design, featuring five distinct areas crafted to provide an unparalleled experience:

1. Constellation Themed Domes: Each dome is themed after a specific constellation with the interior design reflecting its respective mythology. The space will also provide a remote office space for nomad workers with hempcrete material used in the walls for optimal sound insulation, full kitchen, living space, dedicated meditation area, and loft. 2. Stargazing Deck: A private observatory deck equipped with a professional grade Dobsonian telescope for a traditional star viewing experience. 3. Sleep Capsule: A bedroom optimized with the highest quality mattress to provide the best possible sleep, ensuring guests wake up refreshed and rejuvenated. 4. Stargazing Spa: Connected to the Sleep Capsule is a jacuzzi enclosed in a separate glass dome, offering a serene blend of relaxation and seamless stargazing with the Vaonis Vespera digital telescope. 5. Celestial Patio: An outdoor space with a perfect vantage point to take in the breathtaking views of the San Luis Valley. The space also includes a sunken in fire pit that doubles as a smokeless grill.
