The vision for Kosmos Resort took root in 2020 during asoul-searching trip to Colorado. The year unfolded withthe finalization of land acquisition and thecommencement of a challenging permitting process in2021. The year 2022 marked a significant milestone as wesecured the necessary permits and initiated constructionof essential infrastructure, including the road and well.The design, material curation, and vendor partnershipsflourished in 2023. On May 2024 we broke ground andpaved the start to the construction of our inaugural villa,marking the beginning of Kosmos Stargazing Resort & Spa.
